What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number
- Trip details: travel dates, number of travellers, interests and special requests
- Booking details: passport names and numbers, dates of birth, dietary and medical information (only when needed for permits, insurance or your safety)
- Payment details: payment slips and receipts. We do not store card numbers.
How we collect it
When you send an enquiry through our website, WhatsApp, LINE, email, phone or social media, or when you book a tour.
Our enquiry form opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send. Your message is then handled by WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations
- To make bookings with hotels, lodges, parks, guides and transport providers
- To apply for permits (for example Mount Kinabalu or Sipadan)
- To contact you about your trip, including in an emergency
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal data, and we only send you promotional messages if you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only with the suppliers needed to run your trip (such as hotels, park authorities, guides and transport companies), and with government authorities when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for [7] years for accounting and legal reasons. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after [2] years.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and secure systems.

Cookies
