Trip overview
The climb is split over two days: an afternoon ascent to Laban Rata rest house at 3,272 m, then a 2:30 am start for the summit push and descent to the park headquarters.
A reasonable level of fitness is required. We recommend a night in Kundasang beforehand to acclimatise.
